Everyday we go through a lot. Many ups and downs, joys and sorrows and so on. As we go through our day even the smallest of things can give us joy or sorrow. No matter whatever we go through, however we feel in our daily lives, all we need to do is guard our heart from getting heavy.
With a heavy heart it would be difficult to carry out day to day activities like eat our food, go to work or even breathe. Everyone of us want a heart, less heavy but do you do something about it? We must know that the process is not that simple and easy but if we learn how to deal with the heaviness felt in out heart it will be really beneficial.
A heavy heart is a hopeless heart. It gets darkened by things like: Loss, Disappointment, Frustration, and most common of all, Worry about the future - Uncertainty.
How do you get rid of the feeling of a heavy heart?
If you are looking for simple and easy way to have A Heart Less Heavy, then all you have to be ready to train your mind. If your mind is ready then you are ready for everything, or anything you decide to start in your life.
You must learn to train your mind in a way that it becomes easier to cope with those feelings. Everyone has problems in their lives but it is how you perceive those problems that actually matters. For eg: One of your friends said something mean to you and hurt your feelings today. So you go home and waste hours and hours feeling low or even crying over it and even doubting your existance. Other way to react can be having an actual converstaion with that friend with a calm mind. What if your friend had a bad day at work? Or just broke up? Or you just msiunderstood evrythng? You should always try to know other side of the story instead of making up stuffs in your mind. Having a wide perspective about every situation is very important.
Like coin has two sides, every situation has two sides too. Do make an effort to find out the other side of the story in every difficult situation. That way you hav a clearer mind and your problems get solved easily. If you just keep it to yourself then your problems will pile up ur mind and heart.
Let's go with and example if you are trying to loose weight.
For some people losing weight is like hitting a brick wall, especially when they are trying to drop several pounds and keep it off. There are some ways to shed some pounds that you can begin doing right away. When I was trying to lose weight and I was hitting a brick wall, I discovered the best way to begin losing weight was through diet and exercise. When you begin a diet and exercise plan and stick with it, you are sure to drop several pounds in no time. Losing weight should not be something that is hard to do but instead it should be something that is easy and fun. Diet and exercise are a great way to lose weight but they are not always easy things to do. There are many times when you are eating right and exercising, but you still find yourself wanting more. We must know that everything we do in our life requires attention of the mind. So, learn to have it in right place and in good condition. Start anything with a positive mind saying yes I can do it.
One must know that our body weight is not a problem but when a third person talks about our body weight it hits our ego really bad. There is so much power in the words of a human; words can turn out to be a magical spell or a black magic spell. I know we should not take every word a person says seriously but we get hit by those words easily. That is human nature. So we need to develop resilience and non reactivity. Its a long process to learn not react to what a person says, be it good or bad, but its definately a habbit one should develop. So your task is: the next time you are in a situation where you get an urge to snap back at a person, take few long breaths or just think that you will let it go and stay calm. Let's see if you can endure non reactivity in your life and be more resilient.
Meditation is the only answer to the tangled and heavy heart. Meditation is answer for everything. You calm mind and heart during will answer everything. You will learn to have faith within you and your life by walking in the path of meditation.
