Vipassana means to see things as they are. One of Kingdom of Ancient Kapilavastu's oldest meditation methods, rediscovered by Siddhārtha Gautama Buddha who was a philosopher, mendicant, meditator, spiritual teacher, and religious leader who lived in what is now Nepal and India (c. 5th to 4th century BCE). Which started over 2500 years ago, and has been passed down to many as a universal remedy and living technique that solves universal problems. This technique, which has nothing to do with religion, removes all the pollution of the mind and aims at the ultimate happiness of liberation.
Vipassana is a method of self-transformation through self-observation. This meditation method focuses on the deep levels at which the mind and body influence each other. The senses of the body shape and condition the life of the body, while at the same time being uninterruptedly involved with the life of the mind. By paying attention to that bodily sensation, you can directly experience the interaction between the mind and body. This self-observation-based self-discovery removes the pollution of the mind by tracing deeper into the mind and body, leading to a balanced mind full of love and mercy.
The scientific laws that govern thoughts, emotions, judgment and sensations become clear. Through my own experience, I understand the natural nature of being born and disappearing, how to create and free from suffering. When the deception disappears with a clear awareness, the power to control oneself will increase and life will be full of peace.
