I'm originally from Nepal but for the last 7 and half years, I have been living here in Japan. I have visited a lot of prefectures here in Japan. I had an amazing experience visiting all these beautiful places. With the experience, I have gained and the problems I have tackled now I would like to guide other people too. As I have been practicing Meditation since last year, I have experienced and been benefited from meditation so I would Love to guide other people who are seeking help to calm their minds too.
